Giving credit where credit is due

I have so much fun checking out all the fabulous teacher blogs.  I love the graphics, digital paper, and cute fonts.  I knew that when I finally created my own teacher blog, I would want it to be just as cute as all the others.  While researching clipart to use, etc, I came across schoolgirlstyle.com.  She has beautiful pictures of classrooms she has staged with cute themes.  I fell in love with her owl theme and the decision was made immediately that I would use it in my classroom this upcoming year.  Then I thought...hmm...I should extend that to my blog as well!  So, the trees, owls, and frame were all purchased from her site. Go check her out...you might find inspiration as well!

First Post!

Welcome to my "home away from home".  I have been reading teacher blogs for quite a while now and decided to jump right in, feet first and start my own blog.  I have no idea if I will be providing any "useful" information in my little corner of the teacher blogging world.  But I thought I would give a try and see where it leads.
